Because wages in Cape Verde are low, we have staff for almost everything; 24×7 reception; breakfast, cleaning and we even employ a daily manager. This allows us to go on (long) holidays on a regular basis with peace of mind.
The current duties of the owners are talking to guests during breakfast to give them hints and tips to make sure they enjoy their holiday to the utmost, maintaining the website and social media and the administration (which could also be outsourced).
